GovTech's hiring process

1. Apply
Spot an available role that is right up your alley? Apply for it on Careers@Gov.
2. Interviews
If shortlisted, our recruiter will reach out for an interview with your hiring manager and possibly your potential teammates.
3. Decision
Our hiring team will review based on our trusted frameworks and pre-determined criteria for the role. If selected, you will receive an offer from us!
Tips to increase your chance of landing the job
Want to stand out from the crowd? Here are some tips to help you along!
1. Craft a well-formatted and effective CV
Your CV is your first chance to introduce yourself to us. Make a good first impression by doing the following:
Make use of bold and italic typefaces to highlight your accomplishments.
Quantify and qualify your accomplishments by explaining how you brought value to your past projects and assignments.
Highlight any relevant certifications.
2. Be well-prepared for the interview
The interview questions help us to assess your competencies, problem-solving ability as well as compatibility with GovTech's ABC values.
Do your homework. Understand the scope of the job.
Showcase your critical thinking skills by telling us how you break down challenges.

3. Spruce up your online presence
