Set up in 2016 as Tech Kaki and unified with Smart Nation Ambassadors in 2026 into one unified community — Smart Nation Ambassadors (SNA), our community allows citizens to directly provide feedback on government digital products and services. Today, it has grown to become a 6,000 strong community.

The Career Kaki team greatly appreciated the opportunity to engage the Smart Nation Ambassadors community for user testing. Smart Nation Ambassadors gave us a quick and easy way to acquire users for testing, which would have otherwise cost us thousands and a lengthy procurement lead time if we engaged an external recruitment agency. Having a diverse group of individuals in the Smart Nation Ambassadors community, we were also able to screen for candidates that suited our desired profile for testing.
