Popular platforms like SupportGoWhere help users discover government support schemes and check eligibility, while sites like BudgetMealGoWhere help the public find affordable meals around them. One of the more recent GoWhere websites, TampinesCaresGoWhere, is specifically tailored to Tampines residents, providing information on social assistance, healthcare, and community support available within the neighbourhood. These platforms have collectively recorded over 65 million visits, showcasing their essential role in keeping the public informed and connected.
To boost productivity among public officers, DIYGoWhere – a versatile tool that empowers agencies to swiftly create or update websites – slashes the time needed to launch new sites from days to just a few hours, ensuring public service information remains timely and accessible.
OurSG Grants: Your Gateway to Faster Funding
The OurSG Grants portal is a centralised platform designed to simplify the grant application process for community, arts, heritage, sports, and social good initiatives. By consolidating information from multiple agencies into one accessible location, it streamlines the often complex tasks of searching for and applying for government grants in Singapore. This platform ensures that community-driven projects can access funding faster, effectively removing barriers and delays that traditionally hinder the application process.
SATIS: AI-Powered Scam Detection and Prevention
The Scam Analytics and Tactical Intervention System (SATIS) is GovTech’s latest in the fight against scams in Singapore, developed in collaboration with Ministry of Home Affairs. Utilising AI and machine learning, SATIS can rapidly detect, assess, and disrupt malicious websites within hours, drastically shortening response times compared to traditional methods. Singpass: Digital IC for Seamless Identification
With Singpass, verifying your identity has never been easier. The Digital IC feature in the Singpass app allows users to quickly authenticate at government counters without digging through their wallets for a physical card. Every month, more than 330,000 users access their Digital IC barcode, showcasing the growing reliance on digital solutions for everyday needs. Singpass continues to evolve, constantly adding new features such as digital signing and multi-language support, that extend its usability across a wider range of services, making digital identification seamless for all residents.
