Annual Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Businesses) - For 2020
Background / Objectives
The Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Businesses) is conducted annually by the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO) and the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) to assess the business community’s satisfaction with key government digital services and initiatives and to identify areas for improvement.
The survey was conducted from December 2020 to February 2021 for the reporting period of 2020.
About 1200 company respondents were surveyed, from a range of industry sectors (e.g. Commerce, Construction, Financial & Business Services, Manufacturing, Transportation, Storage, Information & Communications, etc.), and company types and sizes in Singapore were surveyed. Data collection was done through telephone interviews.
