Annual Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Citizens) - For 2020
Background / Objectives
The Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Citizens) is conducted annually by the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO) and the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) to assess citizen’s satisfaction with key government digital services and to identify areas for improvement.
The survey was conducted from December 2020 to February 2021 for the reporting period of 2020.
About 1500 respondents were surveyed, comprising representatives of the total demographic population above the age of 19. Data collection was done via face-to-face interviews.
