Moments of Life lucky draw - Terms & Conditions
- This lucky draw giveaway will be happening from 14 November 2019 to 30 March 2020 (Ended)
- All contest participants must download the Moments of Life app (https://www.tech.gov.sg/products-and-services/moments-of-life/).
- The competition is open to anyone residing in Singapore, except employees of GovTech and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to participate in this contest.
- By participating in this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Only the selected entry will be notified and eligible for the prize.
- Closing date for entry is 14 April 2020. After this date, no further entries to the contest will be considered.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
- Winners will be selected at random.
- GovTech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, amend or add on to these Terms and Conditions, or terminate, vary or suspend this contest, or substitute this contest for another, at any time without prior notice to you.
- The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winner will be notified by email within 14 days from the date of selection. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- GovTech will notify the winners on how the prizes are to be collected.
- GovTech’s decision in respect of all matters related to the contest will be final. GovTech reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence.
- Apple is neither the sponsor nor connected in any way, shape or form with this giveaway.
- I agree to receive marketing, advertising and promotional information relating to the app from Government Technology Agency (Singapore).
